Best phone, but a few issues

Overall Rating:
3.2 out of 5

Pros: Size, Nokia ease of use, internet is OK. Overall, great phone.

Cons: Cracks, memory issues, etc.

Summary: Started cracking on one side so closes slightly skewed to the left after only one month, some functions hard to find, such as vibrate alert. Bought additional memory chip. Phone still has a lot of problems recognizing the extra memory/room and still says low on memory when internet browsing. Even with Nokia PC suite, which itself is a great gizmo, it does not easily allow songs to be imported onto the 1G Chip. Chip is not separately recognised on the PC Suite music icon for the phone. Only recognises the phone. Had to import 1 by 1 with iTunes specifically onto the chip. A big hassle as waste of time.

Nokia 6126

Overall Rating:
5 out of 5

Pros: Great look, Love the push button open feature. Like the option of additional memory feature

Cons: phone resets itself when trying to e-mail a picture??? alot of ringtones rings distorted.

Summary: Overall this is the best phone that I have had. The looks of the phone, the convience of push button open. I like to the built in antenna, so I don't worry about breaking it off, like I have done on several other phones. With a memory card, it will hold more songs than you need, or over 1000 pictures. Great Phone!!!

Re: expensive price,cheap phone!!!!!!!!!!!

I used to sell them thru Suncom wireless with absoulutely no returns or complaints with the 6126.  The only negative about the phone is the fact it doesn't come with any accessories- Micro SD

Re: expensive price,cheap phone!!!!!!!!!!!

If you have Cellular One I would suggest going with the Nokia 6126. It has a better camera, expandable memory slot and a much better UI. Since the phone is already a couple months old I'm sure you

Unfortunately the 6126 requires the use of the wired headset due to the fact it doubles as the antenna

Re: Nokia 6131/6126 Expert Review with images

Is there anyway to use a bluetooth headset to listen to the radio?

Re: Nokia 6131/6126 Expert Review with images

Nice Review . It seems like you get a lot of phone for the money. Much better than the Razr with its lousy camera, no mp3 playback and no expandable memory.

Re: Nokia 6131/6126 Expert Review with images

Nice Review - Very well written I just got my Nokia 6126 from SunCom. I was pleasantly surprised to find the speaker actually is very loud (for a cell phone) and incredibily clear.I just wish they

IntroductionFor a company not known for their flip-style phones, the 6131 is a stylish surprise from Nokia.  Done up in soft-finish black plastic with chrome trim, this quad-band GSM handset
