Pros: Nice phone, surprising light and compact. A lot of features. The sliders are well constructed. I previously owned a Motorolla KRZR and was used to a small/light phone. The qwerty keyboard is very easy to use. The layout is simple. Transferring data to and from PC is simple although I purchased an additional program instead of using the free one that comes with the phone. Cons: Although you can set ringtones to specific contacts, you cannot use your own ringtones for alerts such as when a text messages arrives or you have voicemail. You must use the phones internal alterts.
The biggest issue I have with this phone is that I am no longer able to get service inside my house. I had no issues using the KRZR inside my home, but this phone's internal antenna just isn't strong enough. I would proceed with caution if you rely soley on your cell phone for all calls. You'
