PhoneDog.com Expert Review

Virgin Mobile offers Top-Up, which is how you add money to your account. Do it right from your phone or online.  Make Top-Up really easy by registering your credit/debit card. Or, pay from your bank account using PayPal. You can also buy Top-Up cards at thousands of retailers.

To keep your monthly service working, you'll also need to have money in your cash balance to pay for minutes if you use all your included minutes. If you are enrolled in $6.99 TALK, you need enough money to pay for the minutes you use as well.

As long as you buy another Minute Pack within 30 days, any unused minutes will roll forward for the next 30 days (up to 5000 minutes). If you don’t purchase another Minute Pack within 30 days, your unused minutes will expire at the end of the 30 days.
