PhoneDog.com Expert Review

To activate service under any of the Virgin Mobile monthly plan, you must register a credit card, debit card, checking or PayPal account and pay your first monthly charge using your registered payment method in order to participate in the following monthly service options. Just pick the monthly service offer that fits your lifestyle and you will receive the number of monthly anytime and night and weekend minutes that corresponds to your selected monthly payment.

Upon payment of the monthly charge for any of the Virgina Mobile monthly plans, you will receive the number of minutes associated with that plan. Unused minutes expire at the end of your monthly period and may not be used in subsequent months. If you use all of the anytime minutes associated with your plan before a new monthly billing cycle starts, you will be charged 20¢ for each additional anytime minute you use provided that you have a sufficient balance in your account.
