Cell Phone Review

Overall Rating:
4 out of 5
By: Mary McKee on Saturday, December 09, 2006
From: East Moline, IL (United States)
Experience: 6 Months
Pros: I really like the phone its a picture phone, lots of wonderful features, easy to use.

Cons: Dropped calls due to bad reception, very annoying

Summary: I think the phone would perform fine with the use of a cell phone antenna. Otherwise, I really like the phone.

Horrible phone!

Overall Rating:
2.2 out of 5
By: Jane Bradstreet on Friday, October 20, 2006
From: Grand Canyon, AZ (United States)
Experience: 60 Days
Pros: Backlite buttons, takes okay pictures

Cons: Absolutely no battery life whatsoever, virtually no ring tones

Summary: This phone has about the weakest battery of any cell phone I have ever seen. It has to be plugged in daily, and it is very picky about where it gets a signal.I am very sorry I got this model, but I can not afford to upgrade right now, so I am stuck.

Rating my cell phone

Overall Rating:
2.8 out of 5
By: Rebecca Martin on Monday, October 16, 2006
From: Concord, NC (United States)
Experience: 7 Days
Pros: Nice phone. Everything I really need.

Cons: Doesn't get good reception in the house. Still trying to figure out how to adjust the lighting on the camera. Pics are coming out funny colors.

Summary: All in all it's a good phone. Nice size, large fonts so I don't have to strain my eyes seeing who's calling. Just wish it had better reception.

Love IT

Overall Rating:
3.5 out of 5
By: Kimberly Alfieri on Thursday, October 05, 2006
From: Leicester, NC (United States)
Experience: 4 Months
Pros: love the color and the phone options

Cons: I don't like they way the set up works

Summary: This was a refurbished phone which works pretty well. I love the color, the screen saver that came with it. The internet is easy to access but the settings are hard to work; like the alarm set up or other sounds. You think they are set but it doesn't work right and the volume doesn't set at all.

I LOVE this phone...and I have owned many phones in my day...

Overall Rating:
5 out of 5
By: Cassie Achenbach on Monday, September 25, 2006
From: South Elgin, IL (United States)
Experience: 4 Months
Pros: It has long battery life, it is easy to understand, easy to use, is not too big but not too small to use easily, and though this does not matter much in terms of its use--I enjoyed picking which of the colors I wanted.

Cons: I had problems with the reception while I was on vacation in Connecticut recently, but, that was not the phone's fault as much as the fact that there are were not many towers where I was staying.

Summary: I have had many cell phones companies--from Primco, Verizon, AT&T, Tracfone, T-Mobile, and now Sprint--thus, many cell phones, but this is my favorite concerning both thus far.

Not the best

Overall Rating:
3.7 out of 5
By: Kelly Wyatt on Tuesday, September 05, 2006
From: Louisville, KY (United States)
Experience: 2 Months
Pros: I love the look of this phone, it's cute. The color really stands out. And it's really easy to learn all the features on it.

Cons: The pictures don't come out as clear as I would hope they would, and the signal fades all the time no matter where I am.

Summary: The look of this phone is awesome, but as far as the quality of it.. It's not so great. If the signal wouldn't fade as much it would be a pretty good phone, but it will fade when I'm in an open area.

Sanyo SCP-3100

Overall Rating:
4.2 out of 5
By: Jonh Tax on Saturday, August 26, 2006
From: Ronkonkoma, NY (United States)
Experience: 2 Weeks
Pros: Lightweight, good color selection, large screen, camera, clear audio

Cons: exterior antenna

Summary: I purchased this phone because of the Sanyo name and the features. So far I have not been disappointed. It is lightweight and very small. I liked the fact that there were four colors to choose from and that it has a camera. The speakerphone was a great option as well.
