Sanyo VI-2300 a durable phone

Overall Rating:
4.5 out of 5
By: Joan Gelsomino on Tuesday, October 02, 2007
From: Asheboro, NC (United States)
Experience: 2 Years
Pros: Durable and attrative. Feels comfortable holding it.

Cons: Not a camera phone.

Summary: Our household has 2 of these phones for over 2 years now and are in not in the market of replacing them because they have held up so well. They are attractive and the menus are precisely what we need and simple to use. We carry them daily and they have been dropped and bumped and stored in pockets, purses and vehicle compartments. There is no camera capability but that was not what I wanted.

Sanyo VI-2300 Black

Overall Rating:
4.7 out of 5

Experience: 9 Months
Pros: Great Digital service just about everywhere. Sleek, slim, has many features. Watch tv, listen to music, surf the net, all from this mobile phone.Indestructable - i have dropped my phone many times and it still works great.

Cons: Certain areas such as West Virginia and Virginia there is not much coverage. I travel alot and in these areas my phone tended to roam.

Summary: This is about the greatest phone I have ever owned. It's lightweight, indestructable, and good for just about every need that a cell phone has to offer. I have recommended this phone to many friends/colleagues and now they all own the same phone as I.

Love the red light!

Overall Rating:
4.3 out of 5
By: Leslie Lay on Wednesday, October 11, 2006

Pros: red light

Cons: no camera, flip phone

Summary: I like this phone's red light that comes on when you push on the side button, it makes it easier to read the time during the day and at night. It does kinda byte that there is no camera on this phone. The available colors are really cool thaugh. Mine was blue for the "cubs". I don't really like the flip phone though, makes it harder to answer if you're driving.

Sanyo VI-2300 review

Overall Rating:
4 out of 5
By: Rachel Burke on Friday, March 31, 2006
From: Sarasota, CA (United States)
Experience: 4 Months
Pros: I decided to try the 2300 in red because I was ready for a happy cellular phone that stood out. I have been very satisfied so far with my decision. I am on the phone constantly and this phone has a great battery life. The speakphone is handy and very clear. I have owned other phones that said they vibrated, but this one actually does work great!

Cons: I wish the outer display could be bigger.

Summary: I have been very pleased. The phone is study and is vibrant. Features like voice memo and voice dialing are perfect for people that are on the go as much as I am!
