Between Droid Breakout and Jewellust, so far it looks like the non big-brand developers are doing the best work. Something nice about that.

I am an advocate of open source and the little guy, but yes... independents win the last two, for sure.

And what's up with obsessive branding? I know mega-corporations have researched it to no end, but I think watching 10 seconds of logos every time I launch a game makes me less likely to buy their stuff in the future.

okay first of all I used to work for Best Buy, now I work for Apple :), I know about anything about elcetronics since I've been in the buiness my whole life. Now what I think you should do is see the facts, the iPhone is the most popular phone in America and holds %40 of the phone market and I'm pretty sure the G1 doesnt even have %5, and you know what, nothing will ever kill the iPhone by now it's unstopable
