Yes it come with restore CDs but I don't know WTH I'm going to do with them since this thing doesn't even have a CD-DVD-ROM drive. I guess I'll have to buy the xternal 1 for it sometime. I don't know if it has the restore software on a separate drive though,I will check.
It's weird because remember when Microsoft said they were no longer supporting Windows XP? And yet,all these computers have XP on them...hmmmmmmmmm........
Anyway,this is a cool little computer..literally and figuratively. Doesn't heat up,small,slim (if you squint your eyes it kinda looks like a makeup kit:)
The computer & browser are kinda slow,but it plays videos beautifully..all depends on what kind of Internet connection you have.
I went with HP because everything they make is good. (as compared to the Acer & Asus netbooks,which looked like toys).Nice big keyboard,too..all in all..HP RULES!!!!
