This is probably just an HTC skin - like TouchFlo 3D. People are referring to this as Donut, and I don't think that's what it is. Could "Rosie" be an internal nickname for the pink Hero?

Its definitely an HTC device because in the second video it makes distinctions from HTC and Google Gadgets.
