The only way the phone is bad is if you put it in your pocket and forget to lock it, it is ruined. You need to take good care of it.

phone sucks...unless it gets an update im giving it back somehow...it just magically forgets my alarms ALL THE TIME ...always reverts back to abc text from itap...itap sucks too...qwerty keyboard? SUCKS...sometimes gets slow and picks ALL the wrong letters...the partial turn off problem EWWWWWW i hope it spontaniously combusts

this phone is the biggest piece of shit ive ever owned. ive had it since october and ive had nothing but problems. it loses service in good areas and wont get it back until i turn it off and on again. when i turn it off, it stays partially on and i have to take out the battery to get it to turn on again. the battery just died on me and now it wont turn on at all. save your money.

Do you have a point-of-contact to find out what the update which was downloaded last week -- BLAZE1_01.19.0AP -- actually does? There is no source anywhere on the Web. There have been rumors of a major firmware upgrade coming for months, but nothing definitive.

Do not get this phone ive had nothing but problems with it. had it for 3 days and already the screen isnt working. but on top of that the touch part of the phone would lag all the time and half the time not even work. must say worst phone ive ever purchased.

This phone is AWESOME! I've had mine for about a week now and I absolutely love it. It's easier to use than I thought it'd be. The full screen QWERTY keyboard is easy to use and I'm a 6'2" 300lb guy so my fingers arent small at all. The features are fantastic and the video is great. The sound it crystal clear and it's so nice to be able to do things with the flip closed. So much more convenient than your traditional flip phone. The touch scroll option like the iphone has is GREAT! AAAA++++ on this phone.

dont get this phone or the storm! get the SAMSUNG OMNIA COMING IN NOVEMBER!!!!! THAT IS ONE AMAZING PHONE!!!! THE OMNIA

this phone is terrible!!!!!!!!!!! the touch screen and all that is good but the flip touch screen is so stupid. My mom got it and she is really pissed that she got it. all well thats just our opinions.

You can check your texts with the flip closed, but you cannot compose messages with the flip closed.

It has a full html web browser. it defaults to the mobile web browser, and you have to manually set it to the html browser.

Motorola just proved that they cant compete in cell phones anymore

yea i like this phone alot just because it is the first ever touch screen with a flip but i wish the layouts was different it kind of looks a little tacky mayby they will come down in price and mayby come out with a different layouts
