Samsung Behold 2: John's unboxing and hands-on

Well, I'm not a big fan of the plastic panel on the front... or it is real brushed metal? Wait, no... it's plastic... right? I'm kinda wishing the entire casing was made of metal, but the phone feels pretty decent anyhow. Is it $229-on-contract decent? We'll see. I don't know how much I'll use the Cube UI, but the keyboard seems to be OK. Stay tuned to PhoneDog and DroidDog for more.

I'm sorry to say, too many distractions in the video. I don't think I've ever seen an unboxing where the unboxer walks away from the camera while still talking. Also there is no need to cut frames for privacy, simply blur out what you don't want seen. It comes out more polished and professional that way.

Cell phones are like ink jet printers. You can buy a cheap printer that uses ridiculously expensive ink cartridges, or you can buy a realistically priced printer that uses cheaper ink cartridges. T-Mo is the more expensive hardware with the cheaper consumable (minutes, text, data). For most people T-Mo is cheaper in the long run than Verizon, Sprint, and AT&T.

nice unboxing. can't wait till either noah or yourself reviews the phone. i find the "trapped inside a box" thing pretty neat though like when you switch screens and such. why does t-mobile just now start getting great phones? verizon is still numero uno though.
