yeah. u have to get an internet plan to even use the phone.

lowrider t mobile does have an unlimited texting plan but being a former owner of a kick its best to shell out for the data and texting plan for the fact that the phone is severely crippled without it plus if u get a lx 09 u can do free ringtones now and theyve also allowed twitter and fb on the newer sidekicks like the 08 the original lx and even the slide

does anyone know if this phone works with just a texting plan? i know tmobile says that it doesnt cause the messages get delayed by like days with out a data plan. please answer!

you cant use it on verizon cuz verizon is a cdma and tmobile is a gsm

but with liek 10x more but dialing. ahah.

i just got mine and its the 3g one but the 3G logo isnt next to the signal logo
