Verizon Wireless launches in-depth Droid Eris video

man we really gotta see a dog fight with the eris and hero or evan the g1 or all three.

sprint or verizon? help i been with verizon ever sense 1-09 and change plans like i change clothes and i am bored with it.

how much will this be full retail?

Htc Droid Eris, or Motorola Droid? it is like saying specs vs htc sense ui... what is better?

cswee1932, and familyvalues, okay so everyone knows, htc confirmed that the Sprint Hero will get the 2.0 update, but it is not compatible due to HTC Sense UI, so HTC is working on it and once it is done then you will be able to get the update, but either phone you have to get the update Via PC, and then do something, im not sure what, but since HTC Sense is not compatible with Android 2.0, yet, that means the Droid Eris has to wait too, because if it has 2.0, then of course the Hero up-date will be out too, so when the Update for the Hero comes out, the Eris will get it too

FYI I was able to bargain the droid down to 150 after rebate (250 out of pocket then 100 rebate).

Dont know if they will bargain on the Eris.

My main feer of the Eris would be not to be able to get the 2.0 update when it comes out (only on the newest eris' get the update).

Anyone know how the updates work?

PLUS, you miss the incredible google maps GPS...then you gain the cool htc interface.
