Thank You Noah for the enlightening video about how the phone is packaged! Seeing as though that is the only premise of this video that is all anyone should expect. People should not be so mad that you do not quite understand how to use a Helio phone seeing as though you actually have a job and can get a real cell phone from a real carrier not an MVNO that will except anyone with a credit score higher than 45 because it is going bankrupt. It is understandable though how crack (wait maybe crack is too sophisticated for these people, although maybe their parents were on it when they were conceived) can cloud people's judgment.

well noah have to agree with those guys maybe take a vid of you opening it then read the manual off the camera then go put the cam a a different angle so they wont know,

but maybe you should read the manual beforehand so you know how to work the phone..?
the phone isn't buggy, it's just that you weren't using it correctly..
