so im thinking of switching my family to sprint for multiple reasons.  first, for the same $200 my parents pay for verizon a month, we could get the everything data plan for our five lines and we could all have palm pres or htc heroes ... second, verizon is making it madatory to get the new multimedia data package and some of our lines are up for upgrade...   now, those of us that are could get are phones before that goes into affect but (aka my parents) then on our next renewal we would have to switch becuase they will never use the data (supposedly)... i think that if we switch to sprint and they try the data they will never want to be without it again...

and the cons are... ive heard sprint has the worst customer service (most companies do) and the worst cellphone service.... does anyone have any recent stories / opinions because i heard they have changed.... and i also am worried about the whole lte / wimax transition because i firmly believe that wimax is gonna be left in the dust and i dont want to be how verizon and sprint are now i.e. stuck with limited crappy winMo phone because the rest of the world uses gsm.... so its a heard choice... what do you think... does anyone live in or near the san fernando valley CA or have experience with sprint in the area of 91326???

so do i wait for the palm pre or the motorola sholes and stick with the nations largest carrier or do i make the switch and maybe regret it.... also, if we switch we probably wont switch for a while so thats why im worried about the lte / wimax thing...  you thinks theres any chance verizon might eventually absorb sprint???

and is the talk true that sprint and verizon actually share towers so its the same service
