HTC Touch Pro 2

What is so different on the verizon version of the Touch Pro 2 that they can charge so much less than al of the other carriers. Why is it only 199.99 when the others are 349.99 (i believe) Does it have less features or can Verizon just do that because they have so many subscribers?

As far as I know, Verizons version is the same as Sprints version except for the little map of the world on the back. I believe the price is lower because they want more people to buy from them

Will Tmobile HTC Touch Pro 2 get OS upgrade to Win mobile 6.5???

I'm pretty sure that every HTC Touch Pro 2 gets a free OS upgrade to winmo 6.5.

Which phone would be the best to get, My Touch 3g or HTC Pro 2?

Honestly, that's just how this industry works. VZW wants more people to join them, so they sell a phone for a lot cheaper. It's competition, the same thing that keeps making phone prices go down.

Let's say I made a network. If I wanted LOTS of people to switch to my network, I could give them an enormous deal, and it would make them want to sign a contract on me, not somebody else (i.e sprint, because I feel like picking on them today).

Sprint isn't the only one that has it for 349. T-Mobile has it for that same price and I wanted the phone from them but I'm jumping ship. I was gonna go to Verizon but apparently someone else called a Verizon store and they don't even know about the phone. I'm sticking to my  gut feeling and jumping ship to AT&T for the Pantech Matrix Pro.
