Will iphone ever come to verizon?

DOes anyone know if the iphone will ever come to verizon?

yes, should be out june of 2010.

If verizon would ever get the iPhone, Apple would have to make a CDMA version. Which most likely means that all the iPhones features would not show up. The app store would not be the same as the one now. It would be the one that is on every verizon cell phone.  Ultimately, it would be a water-downed version of the iPhone.

I dont believe that is actually correct. I havent read much about this but I know for a fact that all the networks will be switching to 4g in 2010. For this to happening verizon will have to drop cdma and switch to gsm meaning that the iphone could very easily be on verizon once the 4g network is up.

I think some day it will but not anytime soon bc verizon uses CDMA phones and the iPhone is GSM network. Verizon would have to switch to a GSM network .... and that isnt going to be anytime soon.

i am sorry to say this, but i do not think that the iphone is going to come to verizon. mainly due to the fact that verizon is so strict about putting their branding and UI effect to make it their own and i dont think apple is willing to change much about it, and the other main thing is the CDMA and GSM issue, there is 4g coming but i do not think that that would make a difference of the iphone coming to verizon, that would only solve one of the issues.
