I would just like to say thank You very much for fowarding my email to TCI. I was upset when I wrote it and left out some important information having to do with this situation. Right before I emailed Phonedog TCI's CSR quoted me 4.9/c per min. for my long distance service,she would have locked me into that price had I stayed on the phone and they did not have any record of me even signing up for there service.But after I called the DOG things changed. And I believe that not a thing would have been done if it had not been for the PHONEDOG.com  It's always nice to know- the dog has teeth. You keep up the great work Sincerely Yours James A.

This is a great service.  I was glad to run across it online.  My worry is that it is hard for people to find it though -- for me, it was just the coincidence that a Google search for phone plans brought your site up, but I might not have chosen that search result.  I really appreciated the ability to compare and contrast phones, providers and plans.  Without that ease of comparison, I probably would have given up entirely on trying to buy a cell phone!

I highly recommend using PhoneDog.com when shopping for great Long Distance calling rates.  I haven't used them for any other phone services so cannot attest to them, but if their other services are like my LD rates, I couldn't be more pleased!

I would use Phonedog.com and Letstalk.com again.  Experienced no problems whatsoever.  Phone arrived next day delivery in excellent condition.  So much better than going to a phone store!

Phonedog.com was great at getting us the best priced long distance for the area we live in. We live in the country outside of a major metro area and don't have the greatest selection of LD carriers available. Our local carrier didn't provide us with as complete a listing of LD carriers as Phonedog did. Pioneer has great qualifty with no monthly fees we pay just for the minutes we use. Great job and we'll recommend Phonedog to everyone we know.

PhoneDog made it easy to find deals and compare cell phone plans.  I was specifically looking for free phones and it was very easy to locate these deals.  I also liked the little windows with cell phone plan details that popped.

PhoneDog referred me to Wirefly Mobile...What they advertised is what they offered - no hidden fees.  Good navigation through product, service selection.  Quick check out, processing, and delivery. I didn't have any negative experience with either site (dog or the wire).

Excellent service, no problems, easy to sign up after comparing features available in our area. Liked it so much we arranged for overseas cell phone plan too through phonedog, for about 10% what Cingular was charging! Now if they only sold cars...

The phonedog website was a great discovery. I found them using Google and you get a lot of losers that way; Phonedog was a good find. Verizon charged me over $200.00 for a 20 minute phone call to Sweden (it was like the 1940's). I found phonedog, got hooked up with Pioneer, and got a bill for 39 cents for a 10 minute phone call to Sweden.

We found opex online through Phonedog.com. We are very penny conscious.  They offered the best rates and service when compared to other similar services. We saved about 25% or more from our previous provider without the minimum usage fee.

I would recomment this service to others due to the great rates.  Phonedog.com was easy to use as well.

I plan to continue using "phonedog" for the forseeable future.

Hi, Phone Dog- I've been wanting to use you for a long time- you're a great re-seller and I finally did sign up for LD with Pioneer this morning.

I just signed up with UCN long distance through your website. I also checked that I wanted a toll free number. When will I find out what this number is, so I can have it printed on a business card? I have delayed shifting our long distance for over a year because of the dread of trying to figure out how to even start learning what's out there.

What a joy to find your website, by accident, actually! Our current carrier now charges for a paper bill (which I hadn't realized, nor had I understood the exorbitant calling card surcharge (much to my financial loss over the past 18 months, I am sorry to say); the customer service person told me to go to the website and request the email statement; I searched its name, and ended up on your website, and immediately told the current carrier: stop! I see some much better plans.
