Cons: Sometimes our calls can not be connected, so we have to try several times. However, whenever we call to have this problem looked into, they are very accommodating and usually fix the problem. We always talk to the same customer service rep. who is very friendly.

Summary: 3U has allowed our family to keep in touch with family in Nicaragua and not go bankrupt. It's well worth the occassional inconvenience of not being able to connect. I'd recommend this company to anyone with similar needs.

Summary: An inexpensive yet inconvienent way to call ecuador. The voice quality is usually poor and I usually have to dial several time before the calls go through.

Summary: I found you online and decided to give it a try. It's working well for me, so I am referring it to my friends. I am saving a lot of money when compared to my former provider for whom I was just another number.

Summary: I signed up for this service because I have a child living in Scotland. I called her at Christmas and the charges were amazingly low. If I would have known how low I would have talked longer! It was fast and easy to sign up also.
