Cons: Haven't found any yet

Summary: We have been customers for a couple of months now. Our son lives in China and we have business interest in Costa Rica and make lots of calls. We are so happy that we found this service that charges in second increments and have found that with the amount of money we save, it gives us more freedom to make more frequent calls.

Summary: This service has allowed us to keep in touch with
relatives in Japan at very affordable rates.

Cons: I have noticed a slight delay on calls which can become annoying.

Summary: This company is so easy to use. I was worried about giving them my credit card number because I had not heard of them before, but I've been using them for over two years now and have never been overcharged! There is no monthly fee and you pay by the second, so you save some extra cash that way! As I mentioned above, there is a slightly noticeable delay when using the service, but it's probably a delay of only a half-second and can easily be ignored! In short, I have recommended this company to many of my friends and family because it's the best plan around.

Summary: This is my first time trying a service like this and I have had a very easy time making calls to Japan and the price has been very reasonable.

Cons: You need to dial a 1-866 number and give a pin number to use the service, so it is slightly more difficult than just dialing 1

Summary: The customer service staff of 3U Dial-Around are very helpful. We have the service on seven office lines and an office cell phone. We have used it to send international faxes and to make calls abroad. Our owner has used it to call us from Russia. The service has been fine in all instances. The cost is a fraction of what we would pay from our phone service provider.

Summary: This service has had a tremendous impact our communication costs. Overseas phone bills that were running over $600 per month have been reduced to around $100 per month, and that is with making more than double the amount of call than we made with our previous service provider. I would highly recommend it for anyone who needs to call ourtside the US.

Summary: Has greatly reduced my phone bill to my boyfriend stationed in Stuttgart. Can't imagine what I'd be paying without using the website PhoneDog.com. So far, completely reliable and user-friendly.

Cons: It is so easy to call, I end up calling too often!

Summary: Great service. Billing by the second is great. Almost all the time I can get through to India. The voice quality is excellent.

Cons: sometimes have to dial more than once to get it to go through / would like to add home phone
