Mobile Sphere Cellular LD User Review

Pros: Easy to use. Great call quality. I like the on-line account and love Speed Dial!

Summary: I have been using this service for about three months now and I love it. I love that I can call my grandparents in England and it only cost 5 cents a minute. I also love that I can go online and it shows me a detail of all of my calls. I especially love speed dial! I only call a few people but still I hate remembering phone numbers especially with all the extra digits at the beginning.

There was one call that I had a question about because I wasn't able to connect but still got charged, so I sent them an e-mial and they responded right back to me and credited back my account for the charge.

Pros: This service is easy to use, reliable, and a great value.

Cons: No one returned my email when I sent a question to customer service. At least one of the links on the website did not work.

Summary: Overall I am satisfied with this service.

Summary: For a few weeks now, I've been using a virtual calling card sold by MobileSphere under the name CellularLD. I live in the US and mainly use it to call friends in Europe. Most calls cost 5 cents per minute, but calls to cell phones in Europe cost more. The calling card has a toll-free number, which I use when calling from my land-line, and it also has a regular area code number, which I use when calling from my cell phone. This way I can make cheap international calls from my cell phone. When you recharge, you can add a fixed amount or you can tell them to re-bill you automatically. I personally always choose to add a fixed amount, otherwise I would probably lose track of what I'm spending on my calls and end up spending too much. So if you’re like me, watch out that you don’t accidentally select to be re-billed automatically! Overall, I wouldn’t especially recommend MobileSphere because there are probably cheaper services out there. I only chose it because a friend suggested it to me, and since then I haven’t invested the time looking for an alternative. However, one very big reason you might want to choose MobileSphere is that you can enter your friends’ numbers into the website, then if you want to call them, you can just use speed dial. Therefore, if I want to call my best friend, I just call the MobileSphere number then dial #1, and I go straight through to him. Brilliant!

Summary: So my fiance has been living in Europe for a while now. She moves around alot. Like a bonehead I had been paying the crazy amount that AT&T charges. And then I tried Skype. What a diseaster that was. So went back to to AT&T and then one day I stumbled upon this service! Wow! I get the same call quality for so much less! Awesome! I have been meaning to write a review...finally got around to it!

Pros: Where do I start! Love that you can set up speed dial, you get a call history, you can add money to the account automatically, it tells you how much the call will cost before it connects. Plus the most important thing! It quality of the call is just awesome! I feel like I am talking to someone in the next room.

Cons: I can't find one.

Summary: Well I started using this service because I met some people from Germany a few months back. I just thought I was getting a cheap way to make international calls from my cell phone but I really love all the features you get like I indicated above.

Summary: This is a wonderful calling service! It is extremely straightforward and the speed dial option makes dialing a number with 14 digits extremely easy. I also liked the reminder of cost as the call was being placed. It is nice to know how much a call will cost before you dial and not after.

Cons: Was not able to connect a few times once to Lisbon where my sister lives. I tried a few times and waited and then was able to connect just fine. No worries

Summary: I was using a calling card and felt like I was getting ripped off. Didn't know how much I was spending per call and sometimes it wouldn't connect and the quality was fuzzy at best. With CellularLD I can see exactly how much I spent one each call and what my account balance is. So glad I switched over!

Pros: Call quality is great. Customer Service is exceptional. Plus I can use it from my cell and home phone.

Cons: I wasn't able to get through to a number in China a couple of times, but I called Customer Service and they took care of it. I couldn't believe how polite and efficient they were.

Summary: I have been using various services for both personal and business use for a while. I call mostly to Europe and sometimes China. Calling cards are a joke so I switched over to CellularLD a few months ago. I needed something very reliable especially for my business calls.

Pros: Easy to use. Call Quality is Excellent. Speed Dial makes dialing international much easier process. Rates are great to India
