Sure, there was the occasional long wait for a connection, or failure of a call to go through. And sometimes the call quality was so-so. But the savings are so huge that it's definitely worth it. Also, I had one occasion to call customer service, and my call was answered promptly. I had two phone numbers "registered" to use the service -- my home phone and my cell -- which meant that if I called TCI from those numbers, I didn't have to provide a PIN. This was very convenient. I'm now using Skype when I can call from my computer, but otherwise TCI is hard to beat. 41 out of 69 people found this review helpful
