Womack on Monday, July 02, 2007 From Riverdale (United States) Experience: 1 Years Cons: There is nothing clear about cleartel when it comes to transfering service...I moved 3 miles from one location to my new location and it took forever to get hooked up...customer service was clueless a week later on the status of my order. My number had to be changed and no one called to give me the new number, finally, I was told it was up to me to ask otherwise I would not know. Summary: Bottom line is...poor customer service from 4 different reps and 1 supervisor. SWITCHED TO ANOTHER PHONE SERVICE AND WOULD NOT RECOMMEND CLEARTEL / DULLTEL TO ANYONE I KNOW! 24 out of 45 people found this review helpful
