Pros: EVERYTHING A-OK PRICE,SERVICE EXCELLENT!!!!

Cons: WOULD LIKE ABILITY TO PAY BILL ONLINE THROUGH THEM---NO WEBSITE FOR THIS I AM AWARE OF---WOULD BE A BIG PLUS!!!!!!

Summary: The customer service, price and quality are all very good. I'm very happy with that. The only thing I don't like is having to pay a fee to pay my bill over the phone. Other than that I am happy with what I have.

Summary: I believe that price could be a few dollars lower for a basic local plan with no long distance. Customer service is friendly and helpful. No problems with the line or quality of service.

Summary: In general I am very pleased with the service and price. However, there have been a couple of technical problems with the voicemail: recently, for two days I was unable to access the beginnings of my messages, often losing the name of the speaker. That can be serious, and I hope it never occurs again. If it does, I will likely drop this service, even though I am pleased with everything else, because getting messages is so important.
