What a horrible experience!By: Beth Etkin on Friday, May 27, 2005 From Rock Hill (United States) Experience: 3 Months Cons: billing customer serviceSummary: I had nothing but trouble with this residential phone service. I was billed wrong each month that I had the service. I spent hours trying to solve this problem. I picked the plan with 1000 free local calling minutes. They billed me for every call that I made. Even billed for calling a residence right down the street from me. When I called their customer service, I was told to look in my local phonebook to see what was local in my area. Requested a supervisor to call me back and never received a call. Do yourself a favor and Stay away!!!!!!!!!! 31 out of 46 people found this review helpful
