Never could figure out why - got the run-around for a week or more. Also, seem to have a voice mail account that I have no idea how to use (i.e: how to retrieve the messages). It asks for a password, only I have never made one/received one! Summary: Service itself is comparable to other popular plans, and is a value. I suppose I would recommend it to others for those reasons. The cons could probably happen anywhere. 18 out of 40 people found this review helpful
