Summary: My initial problems were not corrected [had to call back after about a month to reiterate all problems]:
1. Specialized ring number was being billed as separate line
2. Voice mail was not connected to the line
3. Mailing address correction was not registered. Bill was going to wrong address.

My second call to customer service resulted in immediate action and everything was corrected in a timely manner.
