Amazing Levels of Incompetence

Pros: Service mostly works

Cons: Nearly impossible to get customer service to fix any problem. Nobody has a clue as to how to do anything. Service requests posted on website are ignored.

Summary: Cleartel must have the most inept management in the industry. Every service problem (expect many) takes numerous phone calls and weeks or months to be corrected.
