Cleartel Residential Unlimited User Review

Summary: We love the unlimited rates. It was the best rate available at the time.

When we switched our previous service was supposed to be cancelled by Cleartel. It wasn't and we were double billed. We eventually got it straighted out and everyone was nice about it.

Summary: Cleartel is good, however the number of staff is customer service is very limited. Also, I use automatic credit card payment for the bill, but it is not reflected anywhere on the bill and every month tells me to remit a check for payment. So, I end up calling to make sure it will be charged to my credit card. It would be a good idea to have it reflected on the bill.

Summary: I applied for service and i never received service it. after a month i called back and was told in 7 days and it never happened i hope your phone service isn't as bad as customer service

Summary: Service is just great..easily compares to Bell South and ATT..no difference in sound quality at all. The options included at no extra fee are terrific. Even with the network access fee, the bottom line is still the best out there for all unlimited calling...a great product!

Summary: I am really glad that I made the switch to Cleartel. I was kind of apprehensive, but after I talked to a representative on the phone to clear up some things with my order, I felt a lot better. She was friendly and knowledgable and a world away from the other phone company employees I have spoken to in the past. The service is great and I am getting the same features and long distance I was with my last plan and company, only I am saving at least $20 each month. I've encouraged my friends and family to look into Cleartel's plans to cut down on their monthly phone bill.

Summary: My initial problems were not corrected [had to call back after about a month to reiterate all problems]:
1. Specialized ring number was being billed as separate line
2. Voice mail was not connected to the line
3. Mailing address correction was not registered. Bill was going to wrong address.

My second call to customer service resulted in immediate action and everything was corrected in a timely manner.
