Where is it?By: Jane Gast on Tuesday, January 11, 2005 From Spring City (United States) Summary: I ordered Power Net phone service early this fall and received a confirming e-mail, which I responded to as instructed. Our next phone bill suggested that we had not been switched over, so I called and was told there had been a problem, but they would take care of it. It's now several months later and nothing has happened. Unfortunately I can't rate the service until I actually have it.
