PNG Call To Connect Simple User Review

When I first signed up, PNG didn't set up my regional calling correctly. It took them 3 days to fix it. The regular Customer Service department usually answers within 2 or 3 minutes, but they are not very professional, and they can't provide any help with setting up services or problems with the phone line. For setting up services or problems with the phone line, you have to call their Troubleshooting Department. It usually takes them 3 to 5 minutes to answer.
