New Phone Service

Pros: NONE

Cons: Poor service contact

Summary: Applied for new home service. Was told about a 2 wk. wait. I called after 2 1/2 wks. and was told that they don't service my area. I had also checked once before that and was told it was to soon for it to be connected, and to call back.

Affordable, Easy to Contact, and Fast

Pros: Lightning Fast Switchover, Easy to contact a LIVE PERSON for customer service. Friendly staff located right here in the U.S.!!!

Cons: No website to make payments or check balance (takes credit card over phone). Long Distance connection seems to drop the voice frequently.

Summary: I would recommend based on cost alone and the fact that their staff is here. I had a HORRIBLE experience with MCI. There call centers are in India and the Phillipines and you never get an issue resolved. I just hope they don't outgrow themselves and start outsourcing service.

Great Phone Server

Pros: Easiest transfer from another company I have ever experienced.

Cons: None

Summary: I change companies every couple years, for one reason or another, this time to save money with a plan tailored to our usage. Calls are crystal clear. We are very happy with Home Xchange.
