Friendly staff located right here in the U.S.!!!Cons: No website to make payments or check balance (takes credit card over phone). Long Distance connection seems to drop the voice frequently.Summary: I would recommend based on cost alone and the fact that their staff is here. I had a HORRIBLE experience with MCI. There call centers are in India and the Phillipines and you never get an issue resolved. Cons: NoneSummary: I change companies every couple years, for one reason or another, this time to save money with a plan tailored to our usage. Calls are crystal clear.
