REVIEW - X-Change Telecom is now offering this special low priced plan for select areas in NY and NJ.  Most areas in New York and New Jersey can obtain Local and Long Distance phone service through Xchange Telecom, but this lower priced plan is available in your area.  This "Total NetXchange" plan includes unlimited calls to anyone in the U.S. and Canada for one flat rate (Calls to Alaska and Hawaii are not included).  Caller ID, Call Waiting, Call Reject, 3-Way Calling, Call Forwarding, Voicemail, and *66 repeat dialing are also included.

  • Local Calls - Unlimited
  • Regional and In-state Long Distance - Unlimited
  • State-to-State Long Distance - Unlimited

All call blocking features are free, but have to be requested on the sign up form.

CONNECTION INFORMATION - You can keep your existing phone number and transfer it to Xchange Telecom without any interruption of service and free of charge.  Xchange Telecom will cancel your existing local phone service once the switch has been completed.

ADDITIONAL LINE - Homes with two lines can opt for the "HomeXchange Basic" - $14.95 for the additional line (1 additional line only).  No calling features or minutes are included with HomeXchange Basic (Local calls are billed at 6.9 ¢/minute).

DSL SUBSCRIBERS - You cannot switch to Xchange and keep your existing DSL service.  Xchange offers DSL service for $24.95/month and a $19.99 shipping and activation charge will apply.  Additional surcharges, taxes, and other fees apply.  Early termination fee of $79 applies to one year plans.  You may cancel within 30 days if not completely satisfied.  Other terms and conditions may apply.
