Without that I probably wouldn't recommend this service.Summary: I have had zero issues with this service, less the problem calling long distance in state which was resolved with a simple e-mail to customer service. I had a few problems getting my carrier to switch to 3U and had to talk to a customer rep -- she was great! Friendly, helpful, quick. Since using it, I've been enamoured. While Sprint gave me great service, it still cost me about $12-14/month even if I didn't make any calls. With 3U, I don't pay anything if I don't call, and the rates are great! Calls to Australia are only 5c/min which is great for those of us with Aussie wives. :) Happy, happy, happy so far is all I can say about this experience.
