AT&T One Rate 10 cent User Review

Cons: Cost!!!

Summary: I have had this plan for a few years. They charge a $2.00 monthly fee for it, plus additional surcharges and taxes of nearly $4.00 per month in addition to the $.10 cents per minute for phone calls made. This adds up to quite a bit for each minute on the phone. Stay away if you possibly can.

Cons: Long hold times to speak with Customer Service. 3 - 5 times more expensive than competition.

Summary: I am glad that I shopped around to find another long distance provider at a significantly lower price.

Cons: Their customer service line, a phone tree is terrible and when you complain about it, all they do is apologize but they make no attempt to try and see how they can improve it.

Summary: Whenever I needed to contact AT&T it took me anywhere between 10 to 20 minutes to get through. The phone tree for customer service is very unforgiving. Additionally, I left AT&T because I make very few long distance calls and their charges always exceeded the costs of my calls
