I kept getting the message "Managed Long Distance, calls of this nature cannot be made at this time." Called Customer Service the end of June and it was supposedly fixed in 8-10 hours. Tried making an International call again a few weeks later and still received this recording. Called Customer Service again who had no record of the first call/issue. Provisioning dept. was apparently not working weekends. Service was never functional and each customer service rep made no notes or even valid attempts at fixing the issue promptly.
