OPEX Long Distance Service

By: LA Wauters on Tuesday, August 14, 2007
From Albuquerque (United States)
Experience: 3 Months
Pros: Economical and easy to sign-up
Web based billing

Cons: Service itself
Customer Service

Summary: My service never worked. I kept getting the message "Managed Long Distance, calls of this nature cannot be made at this time." Called Customer Service the end of June and it was supposedly fixed in 8-10 hours. Tried making an International call again a few weeks later and still received this recording. Called Customer Service again who had no record of the first call/issue. Provisioning dept. was apparently not working weekends. Service was never functional and each customer service rep made no notes or even valid attempts at fixing the issue promptly. My only choice was to switch carriers for service that I could actually use.
