OPEX Value Plus 2.7 User Review

2.3

Unacceptable customer service

By: Annette Chalk on Thursday, October 04, 2007
From Fort Wayne (United States)
Experience: 60 Days
Pros: To be determined, but signed up due to lowest rates.

Cons: Horrible customer service

Summary: It was easy to sign up, but took me a good month to get service actually activated. Opex told me via phone they were waiting on my local carrier to make the switch, I had to make the call.
Now that under a new owner, have not been able to reach anyone, either too long of wait time or disconnected. E-mail was returned and waiting to see if another e-mail sent 3 days ago will be answered or returned. Also pessimistic my switching fee will be reimbursed.
