Not a happy customerBy: Dee N on Wednesday, June 11, 2008 From San Jose (United States) Experience: 1 Years Pros: CheapCons: The worst customer service ever!Summary: They billed my credit card 3 times for the same amount in 1 week! It took a whole month to get it resolved, numerous phone calls, very rude people. They apparently DO NOT document or keep a record of your complaints ot THEIR notes, so when you call to follow up, no one knows what the hell you're talking about.
