First, I never waited less than 20 minutes to speak with a person. I tried to make a $26 dollar payment online and the person said it did not go through and I needed to call my bank. My bank CALLED ME and told me that OPEX had charged me $26 several times and $26,000 (clearly a decimal mistake). My bank person conferenced called them back with me to straighten this out and they said it would take ten days to get the $26,000 off my bill. After many assurances from them there was nothing they could do, my bank guy got another person who said they would take care of it - which was only partly true. Two weeks later they said they were going to send my account to collections over the $26 that I was assured I paid. I finally got it all straight and canceled my account. Two months later I am still calling them because they are billing me $2 for monthly service on my cancelled account. They keep telling me they will delete the charge, my account is closed, and I will not hear from them again - and then they bill me again. 11 out of 17 people found this review helpful
