Summary: If you are worried about voice quality, like I was, don't. I have been unable to detect any difference in voice quality. Worried about the fax line, was continually have faster transmission speeds now that we have changed over.

With the savings in long distance charges, we have been able to add an 800 number and still reduce our overall bill (long distance and local long distance) by over 60% a month. Additionally with the online tools, we are able to keep better track of billable long distance charges.
