OPEX Value Plus 2.7 User Review

Summary: I used Opex for 10 years and I was basically satisfied until last month when I received a $725 bill. I was charged $9.99 a minute for two international phone calls that I have called many times before. I have always been charged 5cents a minute when I called that number. I called Opex customer service dozens of times with absolutely no result. Customers cannot speak to anyone in billing and supervisors are never available. I was repeatedly told to be patient: with a $700 bill when my bill usually averages $25 ... I don't think so.
At this point, nothing is solved and I would strongly advise customers against opening an account with Opex.
