OPEX Value Plus 2.7 User Review

It's okay

Pros: No difference in service from Verizon, what I had before, that I can tell.

Cons: I'm confused about how the billing works.

Summary: I made the move to OPEX because Verizon hit me with $3 per min phone charges for several out of country calls. I was offended that they would charge me so much above going rates, even if they could. So far I have no real complaints about OPEX. I have a hard time distinguishing between the different service features, local vs. long distance vs. in state long distance. Also, I still don't quite understand how the billing works. I don't understand why I don't get a bill in the mail or in my email. The voice quality seems fine. No connection issues for me.
