OPEX Value Plus 2.7 User ReviewGreat plan and price, but the billing process is horribleBy: J Sanders on Monday, July 30, 2007 From Lutherville (United States) Experience: 4 Years Pros: Great plan. Great price. Great customer service reps.Cons: Customer service reps often say they're doing something, and then the same problem crops up the next month. I also save $2.99 by not having them send me a paper copy of my bill, but I never receive the e-mail letting me know my bill is ready.Summary: I've been with OPEX for 4 years through various plans. If you're looking to save money, and you don't have VOIP, this is the best plan. But you're going to spend a bit of time tracking down problems with the billing. I was being overcharged $1 each month for a minimum usage fee, and every month they would credit me back a $1 and say it had been fixed. And every month I had to call back and have them credit me another $1 and "fix it" again. 18 out of 33 people found this review helpful
