Summary: Highly recommend!

Cons: Confusing options on the company's web page and problems getting everything setup right when the Internet connection was dropped.

Summary: In State calls are the best deal where I live. Once e-billing and auto pay are set the service seems fine. I am yet to get a bill for an international call I made. International rates are a little high but less trouble than other options I know about.

Cons: No international service.

Summary: OPEX has excellent customer service. I've never had a problem with my long distance, and it's very affordable.

Summary: I recently switched over to OPEX, my last long distance carrier started charging a minumum usage fee if I didn't make over a certain number of calls/$$ per month. I don't make a lot of phone calls, why should I be charged for services other than what I use? There are plenty of people that use the phone constantly and carriers make lots of money from them! Not everyone fits into one bucket- I like that I get charged only for the service I use (what a concept).

Cons: I WISH I HAD SWITCHED TO OPEX SOONER.

Summary: OPEX IS A GREAT COMPANY. IF MORE PEOPLE KNEW ABOUT THEM, ATT AND THE OTHERS WOULD BE OUT OF BUSINESS. GREAT RATES, NO HASSLES, NO RIP-OFFS.

Cons: Some problem getting debit pay set up at first

Summary: I am happy with OPEX and I have recommended OPEX long distance to my friends.

Cons: Nothing negative.

Summary: I had to change my local long distance after the initial sign-up. Opex helped me with that with no trouble at all. The only thing I had to do with the entire switchover was call my local phone company and inform them of the change.

Cons: I am still not sure whether I have local zone calling or just long distance.

Summary: I chose this service because I rarely use long distance but I do need it occasionally for sending faxes.
It is the right price for my needs. I have not tried a local toll call yet.

Cons: They have gone from paper bills to online bills and sometimes the email for payment doesn't arrive in a timely fashion. (Paper bills are now a charge.)

Summary: I would recommend this company to anyone wanting to save money with their long distance. While the international voice quality is only "fair", the price is unbeatable. The domestic long distance is very affordable with very good voice quality.
