Cons: Didn't make the switch happen on their own. I had to call and get involved.

Summary: I'm happy with Opex. They send emails to let you know about your statement. Very slick web site to view your monthly usage. What a high tech world should be able to do.

Cons: -must use electronic payment

Summary: This is an excellent Long Distance service. The rate is extremely low and there is no monthly fee associated with this plan if you pay by electronic means. I highly recommend this plan.

Cons: Have not found one con yet.

Summary: I have used opex for over 5 yrs now and have never had any problems at all.

Summary: We have never had any problems with using the OPEX service. We have used OPEX as our long distance provider for 4 years.

Cons: None except not the cheapest for intralata calls

Summary: I have been using OPEX for about 3 months. The transition was painless as OPEX gave me precise instructions for dealing with my local carrier, and the service has been flawless. I tried to get Pioneer service, which has lower rates for intralata calls (not out of state), but it was not available since I get my local phone service through my cable TV supplier. I chose ebilling and autopay through my bank, so there are no extra charges except the state taxes and universal service fund. I am confident to call overseas, also, because those rates are all very reasonable. OPEX also offers rebates for referring other customers, but I have not used that service. Overall, I would say OPEX delivered just what they say. When necessary, you can also get a real person to help you.

Summary: Much cheaper and it sounds the same. Especially the International calls.

Summary: A big relief! I do a lot of inter-state phone caals for business and have friens and famili living abroad. So I needed a good plan with low rates and for the FIRST TIME my phone bill has been a pleasant surprise (lower than expected!)
Also their great service is excellent (I needed Saturday and their competition was not on past M-F).

Summary: I was recommended to this service by someone who had it for over 5 years. it was used for international calls and there are no complaints against this company.

Cons: can't think of any.

Summary: I found Opex to be exactly as advertised. They seem to be a decent company and I like their good communication skills. I don't have much experience with the company yet, but everything is positive so far.

Summary: Although I don't make a lot of long distance calls this plan is perfect for me.Very low by minute price.
