OPEX lowered the State-to-State rate from 4.5 ¢/min. to the 2.95 ¢/min in this area. Many of the states where this plan is offered you will also find a very low in-state rates.
PAPER Vs. EMAIL BILL - While you can choose to receive a Paper Bill in the mail each month, we recommend opting for the email version of the invoice. OPEX will waive the Minimum usage fee for all customers choosing the email version. Many companies are offering this additional benefit to reduce the costs associated with sending a physical bill in the mail.
