Summary: I found this company while searching for a new long distance company as my old one quit serving accounts such as mine. I have been very happy so far. Can't beat the price

Summary: I don`t make international calls, I just wanted a long distance carrier for in state, and out of state calls. A carrier that wouldn`t break the bank.

The change to Opex was pretty straight forward.I did have to make a call to my local phone company, to insure that I did want this carrier. No other hassle. So far I`m happy.

Summary: AS of now I have had no problems with my OPEX account, the only thing I don't understand is why I have to dial that whole 800 number every time I want to make a long distance call.

Cons: I have never received an E-mail billing. If I don't go look it up my self, I end up being late with my payment. It's a personal thing with me being on time with payments.

Summary: Good service - Low prices, what more can I say. I have recomended this service to a few of my relatives and friends at work.

Cons: No email for customer service.

Summary: I've been using the service for 3 months. Called 800 number twice. Able to speak to live person within a minute both times. Helpful and articulate reps. Good online billing feature.

Excellent rates.

Cons: The only complaint I have is that the ad on e-wisdom said that if I agreed to billing by email then the minimum monthly charge would be waived. This was not true

Summary: we are very satisfied with the cost of this long distance telephone service. we wish we had known about it sooner.

Summary: I had requested online billing but received my first bill through the mail. I called OPEX and the matter was dealt with professionally and promptly. I was refunded the small charge within days.
