OPEX Value Plus 2.95B User Review

Summary: We have no complaints about our OPEX long distance service, except that they seem to misread the emails I have sent them with questions as I get replies that do not answer what it was I was asking. I then have to reiterate or re-word it when I have already been clear from the start. Other than that, which is midly aggravating, they do respond promptly and we haven't had any problems with the phone service itself. Very good deal all the way around.

Summary: I was plesantly surprise to get my 1st bill
I could not beleive how low it was compared to my usage with verizon.

Summary: The OPEX bill is one of the very few bils we look forward to getting in the mail!!! We enjoy opening it! We got a telemarketer call last week (even though we are on the "Do Not Call List," mind you) from another long distance company offering us unlimited long distance and local phone service for $50 a month! We told him what we were getting, and he pretty much shut up. Nobody can TOUCH your rates! Thanks sooooo much!

Summary: OPEX delivers as advertised...very low rates & good customer service. I did have to make a phone call to get my current service switched over, but after that was done I was off to the wonderful land of low cost long distance.

Summary: SERVICE AS GOOD AS ANYONE ELSE WITH A NO-HASSLES GOOD PRICE. YOU ALWAYS WONDER IF THERE IS GOING TO BE SOME CATCH OR IF ITS TOO GOOD TO BE TRUE. WELL I'VE HAD OPEX FOR 8 MONTHS AND I'M VERY PLEASED WITH THE SERVICE AND SAVINGS.
