Inexpensive Long Distance. Great customer service.Cons: None.Summary: I used to pay a minimum monthly fee even if I didn't use that much long distance, but with Pioneer's Rate Buster plan, if you use one minute per month, that is all you pay for. I don't make many long distance calls, so after three months, the initial $10.00 credit card charge still has a $6.06 credit left! I love it! My mother was using AT&T long distance and paying $40.00 - $50.00 every three months. I switched her over to Pioneer's Rate Buster plan, and after two months she still has a $6.81 credit left from her initial $10.00 charge. This is great! I had to call them to let them know the PIC freeze was off my phone (and my mother's) when I originally switched, and both times a live person (who could help me) answered the phone in the first three or four rings - no hold, no selecting from menu choices - and took care of it right away.
