Pros: Easy to set up. Monthly update of usage via email.

Cons: None

Summary: I am putting in a plug here for Pioneers' good service. I have been using them since March 2006 and have no complaints. I initially set up long distance with them because I needed to have a dial tone for my DSL service and home alarm system and Verizon's cheapest long distance rate was $3.99/mo + cost of call. Well, I use my cell phone as my main phone so an extra $4 an month seemed crazy, its' bad enough I was paying Verizon $12/mo just to have a dial tone. Pioneer saved me money since even though I don't use my home phone much, I do make the occasional call and being in MD close to DC sometimes calls less than a mile away are considered long distance. Anyway long story short Pioneer gave me a $10 credit and two years later I still have $3.26 remaining.
